Collective Endeavours is a music/dance collective that was started by Jer Reid and Solène Weinachter in 2010. Since 2014 it has focused on group music/ dance improvisation. The current group includes, Alex South, Aya Kobayashi, Solène Weinachter, Nerea Gurrutxaga, Elena Inei, Molly Danter and Beth Edwards.

Rosalind Masson has been a crucial collaborator since 2009. Jer and Rosalind have improvised shows, done workshops for kids, danced together and Jer has played various analogue and digital instruments, done sound design and/or dramaturgy in her pieces. Including Before Words / Mus Robh Faclan An  and No Man’s Land.

Shrimp Dance. Since 2017 Jer has been writing and playing music in Paul Michael Henry's performance dealing with mental health, consumer capitalism, and ecological crisis. Visuals by Jamie Wardrop.

Decline. Between 2016-18 Jer played guitar with Penny Chivas and Sara Bizzoca and latterly Monika Smekot in their improvised performance Decline. Decline is a dynamic relationship instantly and continuously transforming, told through the bodies of three distinct performers. Lights improvised by David Bowes.

Three Lines was an improvisation group of Monica de Ioanni (movement), Jenny Soep (drawing ) and Jer Reid (music). A group that shared a lot about how to work across disciplines. Enhance what was different about the disciplines and what was shared. It existed 2012-2016. Some photos here.

Holy Smoke. Jer was a physical performer/ co-deviser and sound designer and live sound engineer in Louis Ahl/Ultimate Dancer's Holy Smoke in 2014-16. Performing with Louise/Ultimate and Fritz Welch and Divina Kniest: video.

Found. 2008-10 Jer wrote and played music for Curious Seed's Found. With Christine Devaney, Luke Sutherland and Michael Sherin.
