He composed the guitar quartet From Home that was played by himself, Robert Johnson, RM Hubbert, Stevie Jones and latterly Howie Reeve with dance by Annie Pui Ling Lok.

In 2010-11 he had 31 different duos in a row which he called Winter Cycle.

There’s a nice review of a one off group Jer put together with Lucy Duncombe, Joe Quimby, and Paul Michael Henry years ago here: The Skinny

In recent years he’s played in Anne-James Chaton and Andy Moor’s group; played 2 hour sets with Reformation also featuring Elena Inei, Luke Sutherland, Rafe Fitzpatrick, Semay Wu, Joe Quimby, Matt Webb and Seth Bennett; built on the multi guitar group Burghead by putting together Burghead Expanded with guitarists Sarah Glass, Adam Campbell, Luke Sutherland, Joe Quimby and Stevie Jones playing with Una MacGlone, Raymond MacDonald, Fritz Welch, Alex South, Stu Brown and Tony Bevan.

For over a decade he has (occasionally) played Long Players with Luke Sutherland. 7-8 hour performances that have often been open spaces for dancing, drawing etc as well as listening. The idea is that we play a series of 30 minute sets back to back, not that it is one long jam. Long Players have happened in Copenhagen, Barcelona, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
